North India - Gangtok

Located in Shivalik Hills of the eastern Himalayan range, Gangtok is the capital and largest town of the Indian state of Sikkim. Gangtok is home to different ethnicities including Nepalis, Lepchas and Bhutia. Situated within higher peaks of the Himalaya and having a year-long mild temperate climate, Gangtok is a major tourism spot in Sikkim.
