Itinerary

Day 01 : Cochin

On your arrival at the Cochin airport, meet our representative and then proceed to Cochin Check in to the Hotel at Cochin .Cochin sight seeing - Jew Synagogue, Dutch Palace , St.Francis Church, Chinese fishing nets, Marine drive .Overnight stay at Hotel.


 

Day 02 : Cochin - Munnar (130Km /4 Hours)

Welcome to the “Paradise”, upon arrival you will greeted at the airport lounge, later proceed to Munnar. Throughout the journey enjoy beautiful streams small waterfalls, Rubber, Pepper cardamom and Tea plantations and thick forests; God has blessed his own country with incomparable beauty on arrival at Munnar check in to Hotel Overnight stay in Hotel, Munnar.

 

Day 03 : Munnar

After breakfast we take you for a full day sightseeing trip of Munnar -which is a nature lover's paradise with endless teagardens lakes on western ghat hills; basically it is a tea town. covering - Mattupetty Lake & Dam, Echo Point, Kundale Lake, Blossom Garden, Pallivasal/Pothamedu, Rajamalai - offering a spectacular view, Eravikulam Wildlife sanctuary, home of Nilgiry Thar( very rare mountain goat), considering the ecological faunal, floral, geo- morphological and zoological significant & Tea plantation. Overnight in the hotel

Day 04 : Munnar - Thekkady (120 km / 04Hours)

Have breakfast in the hotel and check out and proceed the journey to Thekkady drive through panoramic western ghat hills covered with spice plantations and occasional view of waterfalls and streams. Throughout this journey you can enjoy different type of spice plantations like cardamom, vanilla, pepper, cinnamon, clove etc. On arrival at Thekkady check in to the Hotel. Go for Boating in Peiryar Lake (optional) experience the mind blowing view of calm crystal clear Periyar Lake and Sanctuary. You may get a chance to see different type wild animals while boating. Overnight in the hotel.

Day 05 : Thekkady - Kumarakom (130 km / 04Hours)

The village of Kumarakom is a cluster of little islands on the Vembanad Lake, and this small water world is part of the Kuttanad region. The bird sanctuary, which is spread across 14 acres, is a favorite haunt of migratory birds and an ornithologist's paradise. Boating and fishing facilities are available at Kumarakom.

 
 

Day 06 : Kumarakom - Alleppey (45 km / 1 hrs)

Alleppey is famous for its lovely lakes, lagoons and the fresh water rivers. It’s known as the 'Venice of the East' for its similarity to the Italian city, Alappuzha's passion play with water has made it the hub of houseboats and beaches. Check into the House boat for Cruise; it is the best way to explore the beauty of backwaters, Rest of the day at leisure on the House Boat. Sit back and relax while the boat cruises through the narrow serene backwater canals. In this world of simple pleasures, you'll skim past ancient Chinese fishing nets; water Lilies, lush paddy fields, coir villages, rustic homes, temples and coconut groves. Innumerable lagoons, lakes, canals, estuaries and Kuttanad paddy fields. Lunch, Evening Tea/Coffee with snacks, dinner and enjoy your evening on the sundeck away from polluted cities and maddening crowd. Only disturbance will be twinkle of a shining star or diving of a fish around you to say hello by waving its tail from the lake. Overnight stay in the House Boat.

Day 07 : Alleppey - Kanyakumari (250 km / 6 hrs)

After breakfast disembarks from Houseboat drive to Kanyakumari is the southernmost tip of the Indian Peninsula and the meeting point of three seas, namely Arabian Sea, Bay of Bengal and the Indian Ocean. En route you should never miss the Padmanabhapuram Palace, the largest wooden palace in the World and the magnificent Sucheendram Temple, where the Trinities are worshiped. At Kanyakumari you can visit the Vivekananda Rock Memorial and the Kanyakumari Devi Temple. Over night stay at Kanyakumari.

Day 08 : Kanyakumari - Kovalam (90 km / 2 hrs)

Checkout from The Hotel and proceed to Kovalam Lighthouse Beach, Hawa Beach and Ashoka Beach – the three together form the famous crescent of the Kovalam beach. Relax on beaches Overnight stay at Hotel.



 

Day 09 : Kovalam

Morning, drive to Trivandrum City for a short sight seeing around the city. This includes visit to the Napier Museum, Sri Chithira Art Gallery, Sri Padmanabha Swami Temple premises and Kuthiramalika Museum. Rest of the day is free to enjoy at the beach. Over night stay in the Hotel.


 

Day 10 : Kovalam - Trivandrum

Transfer to Trivandrum, drop at Airport / Railway station to catch flight/train. Tour ends.
